"We from the Jayawijaya Regency Government will adjust the wheels of government with the theme of this 77th Anniversary so that our economy in the region can get back up again as before," he explained.

On that occasion, the Jayawijaya Regent stated that he had launched a local language book which was handed over to teacher representatives to be implemented in early childhood education, kindergarten and elementary school for Class I.

"What is feared is that this regional language will be lost, so we try to develop regional languages in the local content curriculum that is applied from PAUD, kindergarten to elementary school grade I," he explained.

In addition, the regent also submitted a Decree (SK) to 354 ASN Forces in 2018, where this decree was intended for Jayawijaya regional government ASN who yesterday participated in the Basic Leadership Training (Latsar) activity last year and the decree was only submitted at this time.

"There may be 2 to 3 people who have not received this decree and will wait for the Latsar which will be held next to be followed again so that we can return to process their decree as well," he said.
