Dosinaen admitted that she was very grateful and proud to be able to win two Masters degrees and a Doctor of Social Sciences in Anthropology from Cenderawasih University. He mentioned his success could not be separated from everyone's support, and self-will in studying.

"I thank the Governor, the Deputy Governor, my family, the lecturers and the supervisory team who have helped provide support to me, so that I have succeeded in obtaining a doctorate this year," Dosinaen said.

He also stated his reason for writing a dissertation on Papuan local wisdom. "My dissertation is how to reconstruct democratic governance based on the values ​​of local wisdom, especially in Puncak Jaya Regency," he said.

Dosinaen who has served for 20 years in Puncak Jaya stated that local wisdom is the most important thing in the administration of government. He stated the local wisdom of each region needs to be considered, appreciated, and accommodated in the regulation of each level of the regulation.
