Here are the Aceh Jaya athletes representing Aceh competing in PON Papua

A total of five athletes from Aceh Jaya are confirmed to represent Aceh to compete in the XX / 2021 Papua National Sports Week (PON), next year.

The five athletes are from the Rugby Sports, namely Leo Firman and Aulawi Ilham, from the Mega Lestari Rock Climbing Sports, from the Tarung Cabor, Ella Marlisa, and from the Archery Sports Nuzul Fuji Rama.

The Daily Chairperson of KONI Aceh Jaya Muslim HS said that the entry of five athletes from Aceh Jaya and even up to five people became a matter of pride for KONI and the Region, this shows that we are able to compete with other regions.

"The athletes were not sent by us and proposed, but they were immediately drawn by the Aceh KONI, the results of the PORA and when selected by the coaches they can be developed and will represent Aceh later," said Muslim.

He said that currently the five athletes continued to be trained and trained by KONI Aceh in preparation for the upcoming XX / 2021 PON Papua.
