"Those who are still shouting that Papua is Free are those who are unable to compete, don't want to work hard, and can only undermine the country," he said.

On that occasion, the Regional Commander also presented four soldiers of the Indonesian Army Women's Corps (Kowad) who were originally residents of Teluk Bintuni.
