500 Drone Lighting at the Opening of Peparnas

The drone lighting show will be a special color at the opening ceremony of Peparnas XVI Papua 2021.

The show, which uses the latest technology, will use 500 drones manned by four people, all from abroad.

The head of PB Peparnas, Doren Wakerkwa, revealed that there were five pilots who would be manning him.
"There are 500 drones that will be flown, and the drone pilot has arrived," he said during a food test opportunity behind Mega Futsal Abepura, Saturday (10/30/21).

It is said, the drone will appear very beautifully and is ready to amaze the audience, both in the Mandala Field in Jayapura City and through live broadcasts on a number of television media as well as through live streaming on the prepared channels. "That will be a new history for us," he said.

Meanwhile, Toton Hutomi as the Event Organizer (EO) at the Opening and Closing Ceremony of Peparnas XVI, also revealed the readiness of drone attractions from above the sky at Mandala Field.

"The OCC preparation is so fun, so good, nothing becomes an obstacle," he said when contacted via his cell phone, Saturday (10/30/21).

He said, all processes have been running, and this afternoon his party was with the pilots to make sure everything went smoothly and safely.

"Currently we are in a standing position with the team from our partners from California," he said again.
