Jeffrey Bomanak responded to the issue of Benny Wenda's death circulating in the media as propaganda created by the ULMWP to seek world attention at the United Nations.

Benny Wenda's death was deliberately made by themselves, with the intention of getting public attention only with the aim of accusing the Indonesian colonials of making the issue of Benny Wenda's death.

This information was confirmed by John Anari, an independent Papuan activist in America, through his Facebook account, Anari said that Benny Wenda's death was their own game (ULMWP), deliberately raised because it had something to do with Green State Vision.

"Stop seeking attention by bringing up one's own death, ULMWP raises Benny Wenda's death related to Green State Vision, the state has not yet been talking about a green state, independence first and then talking about programs," wrote Anari.
