Lanny Jaya legislator Terius Yigibalom asks the acting regent to be open

Legislator of Lanny Jaya Regency, Papua Province, Terius Yigibalom asked the daily executive or acting regent appointed by the provincial government Petrus Wakerkwa to be open in establishing communication and coordination with legislators and leaders of regional apparatus organizations.

Terius Yigibalom, Member of the DPRD for Lanny Jaya, when he was in Wamena, Sunday, said that his party did not yet know who would be appointed as an official at Lanny Jaya.

"We hope that the Plh, or later the appointed official, wants to coordinate with us as the old regent did or we hope that the leadership methods of the former regent will continue," he said.

Terius ensured that during this transition period his party will continue to oversee government programs aimed at the community so that they are conveyed and felt by the community.

"We will oversee some of the existing programs. We don't know who will be appointed, but we will continue to monitor and fully support the current Plh with all levels," he said.

The Lanny Jaya government is led by the regent's daily executive, Petrus Wakerkwa, who is the regional secretary, after the handover of the regent position some time ago.

The DPRD expressed its gratitude to the former Regent of Lanny Jaya, Befa Yigibalom, who has served two terms.

"He is consistent, controls the budget, is responsible for the programs that were delivered when he came forward. So we see that he is consistent so that today the people are satisfied," he said.
