"I invite the Papuan people to accept this policy process, and it is God's will for us Papuans to take advantage of this good opportunity, in order to increase the economic growth of the people, accelerate development in various sectors in order to provide better welfare, especially in the new expansion areas, namely Central Papua Province, Central Mountains Province, and South Papua Province," said the number one person in the Jayapura City area when asked for his opinion regarding the determination of new autonomous regions.

It is hoped that the policy of the New Autonomous Region will accelerate development in Papua, both in the fields of education, infrastructure and the people's economy that is partisan.

In addition, he also hopes that the health sector can be improved with excellent service to people in disadvantaged, isolated, underdeveloped and outermost areas which have been difficult to reach by the central government and Papuan regional governments.

"Because of the geographical location, limited human resources, infrastructure, and inadequate budget availability, we hope that all of these can be answered through the new autonomous regions," he explained.
