Disdukcapil Biak Numfor issues 14 thousand Child Identity Cards

The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Biak Numfor Regency, Papua until August 2022 has issued more than 14,000 Child Identity Cards (KIA) for independent access to public services.

"The number of KIA issuances continues to grow due to the incessant program of population data collection services in Biak Numfor Regency," said Head of Biak Disdukcapi Service and Population Registration Johand Saapang at the Biak Development Exhibition site, Saturday.

He admitted that at the exhibition location, the Biak Numfor Disdukcapil party opened a population document service to the public as a gift to welcome the celebration of the 77th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.

He admitted, the Biak Disdukcapil ranks will maximize the service of population documents to the public during the exhibition until next week.

"Every resident of Biak Numfor who comes needs residence document services such as electronic ID cards, family cards, KIA and other population documents, we will gladly serve them," he hoped.

Previously, the Acting Head of the Duchy of Population and Civil Registration, Biak Mahasunu, said that during the development exhibition until next week, the Disdukcapil will provide 21 types of population document services.

"All types of services that we do are free of charge or free," said Mahasunu.
