The Biak Numfor Regency Government distributed operational assistance to three ambulances at the health center

The District Health Office of Biak Numfor, Papua, distributed three ambulances at a public health center to serve the needs of outpatients in hospitals and health centers.

"Ambulance for operations handed over by the government to improve excellent service to patients for outpatient treatment at three puskesmas," said Biak Deputy Regent Calvin Mansnembra in Biak, Saturday.

He hopes that the health operational service vehicles for the three puskesmas in Biak Numfor will be used properly to serve outpatients to government health care facilities, both puskesmas and regional general hospitals.

He acknowledged that the provision of official vehicles in the health sector is needed by the community in various villages and districts or sub-districts in Biak Numfor Regency.

"I handed over the car keys for the operational service of the puskesmas in the hope that it would be used according to its designation to serve the needs of patients seeking treatment," said Deputy Regent Calvin Mansnembra.

He also reminded the head of the puskesmas receiving the ambulance to take good care of the vehicle because it is the main need for patient care in the working area of the puskesmas.

"Take care and take good care of the Health Service ambulance because this is a regional asset belonging to the government which is specifically given to support the smooth running of health service tasks in the field," he said.

The handover of the assistance for three puskesmas official vehicles coincided with the commemoration of the 58th National Health Day, for the Paray Biak Kota, Yendidori, and Ridge Health Centers.
