Regent Spey Yan is inflamed, urges the TNI and POLRI to take firm action on the perpetrators of the murder of 3 motorcycle taxi drivers

The Regent of the Bintang Mountains of Papua, Spey Yan Bidana was inflamed. He was very angry at the actions of the Papuan Armed Criminal Group or KKB which shot dead three motorcycle taxi drivers in the area.

Regarding this case, Spen Regent Yan Bidana also urged the Indonesian National Police to immediately arrest and take action against the perpetrators.

"The actions of the perpetrators have violated the law. So arrest them and immediately process the perpetrators legally. Give tough laws so that there is a deterrent effect.
 
This statement was made by the Regent of the Bintang Mountains of Papua, Spey Yan Bidana, in response to the murder of three motorcycle taxi drivers in the area.
 
The massacre of three motorcycle taxi drivers occurred on Monday 5 December 2022 afternoon.

When they were waiting for passengers at the motorcycle taxi base, they were suddenly attacked by a group of unknown people.
 
At that time, the perpetrators were attacked indiscriminately without mercy. The perpetrators were slaughtered with sharp weapons.

In the sudden incident, three other motorcycle taxi drivers managed to escape. The three survived because they escaped from the KKB's fury.

Meanwhile, the three victims who died in the attack have been flown back to their place of origin, in Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.
 
The three victims, each named Nazman alias La Aman (39), La Ati (40), and La Usu (20).

The three victims were flown from Oksibil Airport and transited through Sentani Jayapura Airport, Wednesday 7 December 2022 morning.

The departure of the three bodies was released by the Regent of the Bintang Mountains, Spey Yan Bidana accompanied by the Head of the Gunung Bintang Police AKBP Cahyo Sukarnito and the local Forkopimda.

Representing the Gunung Bintang community, the Regent of Spey Yan Bidana expressed his condolences and apologized to the families of the victims for this incident.

"I apologize profusely for this incident. The case was not intentional but there was a crime from the group," he said.

Therefore, continued the Regent Spey, he asked the security forces to take firm action against the perpetrators who were members of the separatist group.

"I hope that the TNI and Polri apparatus will thoroughly investigate this case so that there are no more victims," he said in short.
 
As previously reported, the KKB attacked 6 motorcycle taxi drivers based in Mangabib Village, Oksebang District, Gunung Bintang Regency, Papua Mountains, on Monday 5 December 2022.
 
Two people died at the scene, while one other was missing and found dead.

The other three managed to escape.

The identities of the three motorcycle taxi drivers who were killed were La Usu, La Aman, and La Ati.
 
KKB Nason Mimin The Brain of Murder

The Gunung Bintang Police Chief AKBP Cahyo Sukarnito said that this sadistic attack and murder was carried out by the KKB led by Nason Mimin.

"Temporarily suspected that the KKB led by Nason Mimin did it," he said.
 
The attack was carried out by KKB Papua while the motorcycle taxi drivers were waiting for passengers, as their main job is to make a living in Kampung Mangabib.

AKBP Cahyo Sukarnito explained that the incident was known to the police on Monday at 17.00 WIT.

Cahyo said Nason Mimin was the KKB leader in that area.
 
Nason Mimin is a member of the KKB which in its organizational structure is included in the Kodap XV Gunung Bintang area.

According to him, the highest leadership in Kodap XV is Ngalum Kupel, while Nason Mimin is one of the leadership elements in the structure below.

"Nason Mimin leads the Battalion under the Ngalum Kupel Regional Military Command," said Cahyo.
