Religious organizations, both Islamic and Hindu mass organizations, took part in securing Christmas Eve celebrations at several points in Papua Province. Christians who inhabit the Earth of Paradise also reportedly undergo Christmas Eve mass safely and in an orderly manner.

Their presence was none other than to help secure the implementation of the Christmas Mass for Catholics. They are also seen regulating the flow of traffic and vehicles that will enter the church environment.

In addition to the Three Kings Catholic Church, Christmas Eve worship also took place in 16 churches spread across Mimika.
