TNI-Polri Held Social Service and Free Medical Treatment in Sugapa District, Papua

The Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Republic of Indonesia National Police (Polri) held a Social Service (Baksos) and Free Medical Treatment for the Year of Christmas Love Year 2019 at Yokataba Field, Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency, Papua Province, Wednesday (12/18/2019 ).

The activity was carried out for two days from 18 to 19 December 2019 with the aim of helping the poor, and improving the health of the local community.

In the Social Service activities, basic needs and stationery were distributed as a form of TNI-Polri concern for the community in the surrounding environment. On the same occasion also carried out traditional stone-burning activities by cooking together, as a form of gratitude and friendly relations between the TNI-Polri and the community.

Free Social Service and Medical Treatment as well as the Stone Burning Tradition were attended by local officials including Danrem 173 / Praja Vira Braja, Dandim 1705 / Paniai, Paniai Police Chief, Head of BNPB Intan Jaya Regency, Sugapa District, Homeo Community Leaders, Religious Leaders and Traditional Leaders.
