Head of the Papua Provincial Education, Library and Archives Service Christian Sohilait in Jayapura on Friday said the online complaints service was cooperating with Telkomsel through the number 0811480500.

"With this collaboration, the community, teachers and students can provide input, advice and inform existing educational problems," he said.

According to Christian, each report of the problem reported will be broken down and then sent to the relevant offices in the respective regency / city, can it be resolved, if not his party at the provincial level will solve it.

"By means of a report model like this, it is hoped that it can improve education services by being more open to the public," he said.

He explained that this also aims to build a better education world, so that there will be changes and differences, both at the high school / vocational, junior high and elementary levels.

"We have also gathered heads of education offices in Papua to be able to inventory the problems and obstacles faced in each region so that solutions can be sought together," he said.
