The Sorong City Police Department conducted an active Field Kitchen organized by the Sorong City Resort Police with the TNI located at the RK 762 / VYS Sorong Battalion Field. by involving as many as 30 people consisting of 15 Pers Police and 15 Pers Military Press.

As for what is being done is to provide food to be processed into ready-to-eat foods totaling 200 servings with a menu: Rice, Fish and Fresh Vegetables. The cooking activities are carried out in the context of TNI-Polri Concern for Sorong City Residents affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic.

At 15:30 Wit Cooking activities in the Field Kitchen finished then continued with the distribution of Fast Food targeting the Informal Workers Community, namely the Areca seller, Vegetable seller, Fried seller, Motorcycle taxi, Public Transportation Driver and other residents in need.

The activity was led directly by the Sorong City Police Chief with Dandim 1802 / Sorong, involving personnel from the Indonesian National Armed Forces Combined Police with the target location, namely: Warung Pojok Km. 12, Papuan Mothers Selling Vegetables and Areca Palm in front of Jupiter Km. 10, Your Kiosk is Malanu and Around Maranatha Red Lights.

It is planned that the field kitchen activities by the Indonesian National Police and Indonesian Military will continue for some time to come in the hope that the people affected by Covid-19 will be greatly helped by this activity.
