ISHAK NIROKOPOUW: OTSUS STRENGTHENS EDUCATION AND HEALTH IN PAPUA

Ishak Nirokopouw, a Jayapura Tribal Leader in Aimas District, Sorong Regency, expressed his support for the sustainability of Otsus and the labeling of terrorists for the Papuan KKB.

Ishak, who is also the Head of RW I Mariat Pantai, Aimas District, felt a positive impact with the presence of Otsus in Papua.

"The Special Autonomy Program has given good results and is felt directly by residents, such as education and health and the construction of waterways which can control puddles when it rains so that the beaches are free from flooding," said Ishak.

Ishak hopes that the implementation of Otsus will run well in order to overcome the economic problems of the community.

In addition, the labeling of terrorists to the Papuan Armed Criminal Group (KKB) which is now the Papuan Terrorist Separatist Group (KSTP) is considered very appropriate because it is in accordance with their actions that are already inhumane.

"They have gone too far in their way of acting, killing civilians and school children," he said.

Ishak expressed his readiness to succeed in the implementation of Special Autonomy Volume II, especially in the economic development program.
