Support PON, Jayapura KPKNL Appreciates Silas Papare Air Base

Jayapura State Assets and Auctions (KPKNL Jayapura) gave a certificate of appreciation to the Indonesian Air Force base Silas Papare.
The awarding of the charter was carried out by the Governor of Papua Lukas Enembe to Danlanud Silas Papare, MarsmaTNI Budhi Achmadi, after the 76th Indonesian Independence Day in the Megara Building courtyard, Tuesday 17 August 2021.

The Head of the Jayapura KPKNL, Widyantoro, expressed his appreciation as a form of appreciation for the performance of the Silas Papare Air Base as a work unit within the Jayapura KPKNL which carried out the first use of State Property (BMN) to support PON XX Papua.

The Appreciation Charter was given because of the BMN Borrow-Use Approval at Silas Air Base
Papare which has been issued by the Jayapura KPKNL and has been followed up with a Cooperation Agreement between Silas Papare Air Base and the Papua Provincial Government.

The BMN that was borrowed for the implementation of the XX Papua PON is located on Jalan Raya Kemiri Sentani, Jayapura Regency with a total area of ​​198,210 m2 and an acquisition value of more than IDR 5 billion with a period of 1 year.
"The BMN will be used as a venue for the XX National Sports Week (PON) in 2021, including the Outdoor Shooting Field Venue, Soft Ball, Base Ball, and Rugby," he said.

KPKNL Jayapura is one of the vertical units of the Directorate General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance which represents the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, in the field of BMN Management in Papua Province, which will continue to encourage the optimal use and utilization of BMN.

"In accordance with the applicable provisions to realize three rules in the management of BMN, namely Physical Order, Administrative Order, and Legal Order," he explained.
