Sub-PB PON Jayapura City guarantees consumption services for athletes and officials

Sub-PB PON Jayapura City ensures that consumption services for athletes and officials who will compete at PON XX Papua 2021 are fulfilled.

"We are collaborating with the catering company PT Imari, which has experience in serving consumption," said Head of Sub-PB PON Jayapura City, Benhur Tomo Mano, after visiting the public kitchen at PTC Entrop Coral Field, Jayapura City, Thursday (16/9/2021).

Tomi Mano said, PT Imari stated that it was ready to provide consumption services on September 19, 2021, especially for athletes and officials who stayed at non-hotels and hotels in the capital of Papua Province.

“I see their readiness to be enthusiastic. For Jayapura City, consumption is ready and we are coordinating with transportation accommodation so that consumption services are fast and precise," said Tomi Mano.

Tomi Mano, who also serves as the Mayor of Jayapura, hopes that consumption services for athletes and officials who compete will not face obstacles in order to provide excellent service.

“PT Imari already has ISO in the cooking sector. Experienced in the SEA Games, large companies, and hospitals in Jakarta. I'm sure they must be experienced and give their best for the comfort of athletes and officials, "said Tomi Mano.

Deputy Chairman of Sub PB PON Jayapura City who is also Deputy Mayor of Jayapura, Rustan Saru, said that the food ingredients were supplied from local ingredients and ensured that their availability was adequate.

“We also prepare local food for athletes and officials who compete in Jayapura City. Let's support PON Papua by maintaining security and order and maintaining cleanliness," said Rustan.
