Mimika Regency Receives BKN Award Three Times

Mimika Regency has received an award three times from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) of the Republic of Indonesia.

This was conveyed by the Regional Secretary of Mimika Regency, Papua Michael Gomar during the Declaration of Integrity Zone Development Towards a Corruption Free Area (WBK) and a Clean Service Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) within the Mimika Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), Friday ( 19/11/2021).

At that moment, the Head of BKN RI Bima Haria Wibisana presented the 2021 BKN Award as a category for using the Regency level application system in Mimika.

"An achievement that certainly cannot be separated from the guidance and good cooperation of the Mimika Regency government and the BKN, especially BKN Regional 9 Jayapura, which has provided support and guidance as well as good direction for us, the Mimika Regency government," said Gomar.

This BKN Award was previously obtained by Mimika in 2018 and 2020 for the category of planning service needs for promotion and retirement at the district-city level.

In addition, at that moment, his party also handed a symbolic promotion decree to civil servants in the Mimika regional government including the regional secretary Michael Gomar who also received a decree for the promotion of the 4C youth main supervisor for the period of 1 October.

“Of course, this historic event is very happy for all levels of the Mimika Regional Government. The promotion for an ASN is a moment that is eagerly awaited because an increase in rank means that an ASN's career has increased," said Gomar.

For this reason, he hopes that all parties who have received promotions can continue to improve their quality and potential, innovation and creativity to equip themselves with various insights.

In addition, his party also handed over the satya badge to the ASN category who had served for 10 years and 20 years.

"This is a form of appreciation from the government for the service of a civil servant who has devoted himself according to his working period," he said.

Finally, a letter of retirement will be issued for several ASN who have entered their retirement period.
