Maximize Government Services, Tabo Regent Inaugurates 6 New District Heads

Regent of Mamberamo Raya Dr. (HC) John Tabo, MBA directly led the inauguration of six district heads in Mamberamo Raya Regency. Where 5 district heads are appointed as the definitive district heads and one as the executor of duties.
 
The inauguration itself was held in the Hall of the Mamberamo Raya Regent's Office, Friday (4/2) which was attended by the Deputy Regent of Mamberamo Raya, Regional Secretary of Mamberamo Raya, Assistant II, Head of OPD, LMA Mamberamo Raya, and various figures in Mamberamo Raya Regency.

“You are an extension of the Regent in the community so do a good job, develop the heads of villages and communities, serve the community and solve all problems in the villages. There are so many problems to listen to and find solutions," said Regent Jhon Tabo in his speech after the inauguration.

He emphasized that the District Heads who have been sworn in and promised must carry out their duties and functions. He also asked the district head who had been appointed not to ever leave the place of duty without a clear reason. The Regent of Tabo also asked the district head to carry out his duties with a focus and not to deal with other matters outside the tasks assigned.

“You have to stay where you are, don't leave your job and serve the community and change the way of service with the old models. Collect data in each district, how many ASNs are there, how many teachers are there, how many health workers are there, and so on. All this data must be owned by the district head so that government services at the district level are well controlled," he concluded.

Meanwhile, the Head of Administration, Regional Secretariat of Mamberamo Raya Regency Eduard Tasti, SH said the six district heads who were inaugurated were Roufaer, Sikari, Central Mamberamo, Mamberamo Hilir, Sawai and Erakoro Districts.

"The new district head must foster the government under him in accordance with the expectations of the Regent in order to improve performance at the district level and support the success of the program according to the vision and mission of the Regent and Deputy Regent and make government services better," he concluded.
