Acting Regent of Nduga Namia Gwijangge collaborated with the Community Partner Hospital (RSMM) Timika so that people who have local ID cards can get the best medical services for free.
"The important thing is that residents have Nduga's KTP so that they are immediately served. Public health is very important and most important," he said in a press release to ANTARA in Jayapura on Wednesday.
According to Namia, through this collaboration, the Nduga people no longer need to worry about medical expenses.
"We guarantee that the Nduga community in the local district and Mimika will be able to get good health services at the RSMM," he said.
He explained that this collaboration is an important step and is committed to saving the existing Nduga community through health services
"Everyone who has a Nduga KTP can get health services both at the RSMM and at the Wamena Hospital," he said again.
He added that his party appealed to people who had not recorded an e-KTP to make one immediately.
"For people who are sick, don't stay at home, but immediately go to the hospital to get good health services," he said
According to Namia, at the RSMM her party will place officers from the Nduga Regency Health Office so that they can ensure that all people get the best service and a fast administrative process.
