Another brutal and sadistic act was carried out by the Armed Criminal Group in Papua. KKB in the Yahukimo area, specifically the Koroway Tribe, carried out the killings of civilians.

The video was released by the spokesman for the TPN OPM, Sebby Sambom, who said that the incident occurred on Tuesday (19/7) night.

The perpetrator was a member of the Yahukimo KKB led by Bocor Sobolim who carried out the murder with the accusation that the resident was an intelligence disguised as a miner.

Danrem 172 Praja Wira Yakhti, Brigadier General Jo Sembiring said if the allegations of the KKB groups were not true.

"The victims are purely civilians who make a living in the mining area," he said, Wednesday (20/7/2022).

The Kopassus general admitted that access to the mined area was very deep in the forest and could only be accessed by helicopter. "There are no officers in the mining area in Koroway, including the TNI and Polri posts," he concluded.
