Riczoin Jeffry Pigome, a native of Paniai copilot Caravan aircraft PK-HVT type, successfully landed the plane (landing) at Abresso Ransiki airport, South Manokwari regency, West Papua.

Together with Captain Mark from New Zealand, Pigome successfully landed the plane carrying the Regent of South Manokwari, Markus Waran, and his entourage around 14.00 WP this afternoon. The first landing was welcomed by residents of Ransiki with a procession of local traditional dances.

Head of the South Manokwari Regency Transportation Agency, Yus Srimaryoso, said the Caravan plane that took the Regent's entourage took off from Rendani Manokwari airport on Thursday (2/2/2020) afternoon to pick up the Regent's entourage who had previously attended the 165th PI anniversary celebration on Mansinam island yesterday.
