KONI Sultra Ready to Face PON Papua

The Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Southeast Sulawesi (Sultra) is ready to face the National Sports Week (PON) which will be held in Papua next October.

This was conveyed by the General Secretary of KONI Sultra, Tahir Lakimi.

"All sports have carried out the City Conference (Muscat) for sports (Sports) in 2021. Administratively, it is clear," said Tahir, Monday (18/1/2021).

Tahir said, his party under the leadership of the general chairman of the Southeast Sulawesi KONI, Agista Ariany, provides modern management to make all sports in the upcoming PON Papua succeed, without having to give up other obligations.

"The Head of Southeast Sulawesi KONI, with various mandates carried out, still prioritizes PON, without releasing other obligations," he said as an expression of salute to an Agista Ariany.

Currently, continued Tahir, KONI under the leadership of Agista and sports leaders who are professional in their fields, are expected to be able to bring Koni to achieve glorious achievements in the future.

On the same occasion, the general secretary of KONI added, his party really hopes that in the future press and KONI relations will be well established.

"In order to maintain regional and institutional spirit, we will build good cooperation with journalists and various non-governmental organizations who care about sports," he said.

He explained, whatever the achievements of KONI, will never be touched in the eyes of the public, without good news from friends of the press about KONI.

He said, the accountability of the grant administration system must be implemented with the correct technical guidelines.

"The year 2021 is a sensitive year for KONI. Because the community is highlighting KONI, as the party scheduled for PON, "said the Unsultra Master of Law candidate.

The public can only appreciate KONI's performance, only if they can achieve better performance than the previous PON.
