TNI Soldiers Provide Health Services in Papua's Mannem District




Indonesian Military Pamtas Task Force Soldier-PNG Mechanized Battalion 512/Quratara Yudha provides health services to residents of the RI-PNG border in Wonorejo Village, Arso PIR IV, Mannem District, Keerom Regency, Papua.

The Commander of the Task Force (Dansatgas) Mechanized Infantry Battalion 512/QY Lt. Col. Inf. Taufik Hidayat, in a statement received in Jayapura, Wednesday, said that providing health service assistance to the community includes the duties of TNI task force personnel.

He mentioned a number of tasks of the task force, including providing health services for people who are sick, helping to improve the regional economy, and assisting in the field of education. This is the form of the dedication of the Pamtas Task Force for the 512/QY Mechanical Infantry Battalion.

“To the residents and there is no need to be ashamed if you need help. The Battalion 512/QY Task Force will help as much as possible for the surrounding community," he said.

He hoped that the health services of the Pamtas Pamtas Battalion 512/QY from house to house for people in border areas would be beneficial for them.

"We use it to give advice to the public to continue to comply with the health protocols that are still in effect," he said.

One of the residents of Kampung Wonorejo, Suroso, thanked the TNI Task Force Post for caring about the health of local residents.
