Ministry of Finance has an office in Papua, Sri Mulyani: Not inferior to the Center

The State Finance Building in Jayapura, Papua was inaugurated last Friday (11/26/2021). This building will be the representative office of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) in Jayapura.
Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati said this office was even said to be better than the head office.

"And as conveyed by the Secretary General, the design of this building from us, several Director Generals said that here it is better than our office at the Head Office," he said in a written statement, Sunday (11/28/2021).
 
"So ladies and gentlemen, you can be proud in terms of quality and the standards are very high or not inferior to those at the Head Office," he added.

The construction project of the State Finance Building, located in Jayapura, has a building area of ​​111,400 square meters with a building height of 10 floors. The scope of the project work includes structural work, facades, artwork, interior architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and others.
 
The construction of the State Finance Building will begin in October 2019. Seven floors will be used by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance as a representative office in Jayapura.

PT PP (Perero) Tbk's Director of Operations for Building, Anton Satyo, said the company worked on the construction of this project on time.

"We are very proud of this achievement, where PTPP was able to complete the construction project of the State Finance Building in Jayapura in a timely manner and with the best quality. PTPP is very grateful to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia for trusting us to contribute in building the building," he said.

"Of course all the work that was carried out properly and on time could not be separated from the cooperation and support of all stakeholders involved in every process of building this building," he continued.
