Detikda Papua appreciates Kemenpan RB encouraging the acceleration of SPBE

The Papua Regional Information and Communication Technology Council (Detikda) appreciates the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) which continues to encourage the acceleration of the electronic-based government system (SPBE) in this province.
 
Head of Papua Detikda Dominicus RES Carvallo in Jayapura, Sunday, said his party had paid attention from the start to the Ministerial Regulation (Permen) related to SPBE in 2018.
 
"In fact, in a meeting last week with Papua Governor Lukas Enembe as Chair of the Papua Detikda Steering Committee, we have reported this matter and were ordered to take it seriously," he said.
 
According to Dominicus, Detikda Papua has formulated several policies and programs that will soon be implemented to accelerate SPBE.
 
"We also appreciate the request from the Kemenpan RB Team to Detikda Papua to become an internal accessory for the acceleration of SPBE in Papua," he said.
 
He explained this according to what was being done so that the synergy would be maximized. "We are ready to help," he explained.
 
Previously, the Technical Team of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) for the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) made a working visit and held a meeting to increase collaboration in the application of SPBE in all local governments in the Papua Province.

Assistant Deputy for Policy Formulation and Coordination of the Implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) Kemenpan RB Cahyono Tri Birowo asked the SPBE organizers to be regional heads and local secretaries (Sekda), as well as being "leaders".
 
“The reason is to make it easier to get access and data. The implementation will be at the Service Office, because it involves services," he said.
 
He added that his party requested the support of the Papuan Detikda to become an internal accessor for the acceleration of SPBE in Papua.
 
“We expect the assistance of Detikda Papua as an internal SPBE accessory in Papua. For external accessories, we at Kemenpan RB cooperate with a number of universities where later teams from universities in Sumatra will conduct evaluations in Java, and vice versa," he said.
