Goliath Tabuni is blinded by ambition

The struggle for the liberation of Papua does not always meet an easy path, according to the Supreme Commander of the TPNPB-OPM Damianus Magay Yogi, he believes that there are other parties who exist but instead hinder the movement.
"This struggle is my responsibility as the Commander-in-Chief, but it turns out that there are other parties who have their own interests, they actually hinder it," said Damianus.

Damianus continued, that the group that hindered his struggle was Goliath Tabuni. According to Damianus, Goliath's group was thought to be just feeling hurt because their power had to be replaced.

"It's the Goliath group now that is actually hindering the struggle. I'm sure they just feel ashamed and hurt because now the command is in my hands, he has no power," he added.

Damianus added that Goliath Tabuni and his group were considered a failure and had never been able to record success. He said that Goliath was just being lulled into glorifying the story of his past.

“Everyone really believed that Goliat had contributed to the liberation of Papua in the past, but he became unconscious, until today no action has been taken. Then what is a commander like that for?” asked Damianus insinuating Goliath's role in today's struggle.

At the end of his presentation, Damianus emphasized that Goliath Tabuni and his group should think realistically and not be too ambitious. He suggested that Goliath Tabuni could be aware of the current situation.

"There is no need to elaborate, the situation has now changed. Goliath had to be self-aware. There are many factors that must be considered to achieve success, it is better for him to rethink his ambitious actions, not to be blinded."
