Kasuari Military Commander to Provide 1,500 NCOs to Affirm the Special Autonomy of the West Papua Police with National Values

Pangdam XVIII/Kasuari, Major General TNI I Nyoman Cantiasa provided coaching and training (Binlat) on national values ​​to 1,500 Affirmation Officers for the Special Autonomy of the West Papua Police FY 2021, at the Arfak Convention Hall of the West Papua Police, Manokwari, Wednesday (12/1/ 2022).

North Papua Police Special Autonomy Affirmation TA. 2021 is a cooperation program between the Indonesian National Police (Polri) and the West Papua Provincial Government in providing National Police Officers for Papuan Orang Asli (OAP) for the 2021 fiscal year.
 
As many as 1,500 of the best Papuan sons have undergone education, both basic and branch education so that they are ready to serve in their respective units.
 
In front of the participants, the Commander emphasized that to build a nation there are three requirements.
 
The first, he said, is building Human Resources (HR), infrastructure and regulations or rules.

"But the most important thing is Human Resources because if human resources are good, then we will not be left behind by other regions," he said in a release received by SINDONews, Wednesday (12/1/2022).

The Military Commander is also proud and touched by the birth of the best young people, elected from Papua through the Otsus route, both in the TNI and the police at this time.

"You as agents of change, the chosen son has been trusted, so don't hurt, betray and waste the leadership's trust. For that, let us be grateful for what has been given to us at this time, "said the Commander.

Papua, said the Regional Military Commander, is a legacy from the nation's founding ancestors, so let's save and protect Papua. "Our job as children of the nation is to protect it," he said.
 
Present at this activity were the Governor of West Papua, Dominggus Mandacan, the Head of the West Papua Police, the Deputy Chair of the West Papua DPR and the Chair of the MRP-West Papua.
