The Biak Regency Government, Numfor, handed over 180 decrees for the appointment of first aid teachers

The Biak Numfor Regency Government, Papua submitted 180 decrees on the appointment of government employee contract teachers with a work agreement (P3K) for 2021/2022.

"After receiving the first aid decree, I hope the teachers immediately report to the education office and schools to carry out their teaching duties," said Biak Regent Herry Ario Naap in Biak, Monday.

Regent Herry Naap admitted, after hundreds of first aid teachers were received, it was hoped that they would be able to overcome the shortage of teachers in schools at various levels of elementary to high school/vocational school.

He hopes that first aid teachers must work sincerely and maintain good work discipline.

"Children at school are really looking forward to the arrival of the first aid teacher, so after receiving the appointment decree, they immediately adjust the work environment," hoped Regent Herry Naap.

One hundred first aid teachers in Biak Numfor Regency with undergraduate education backgrounds graduated from various public and private universities in Indonesia.

Based on data, the need for teachers in the Biak Numfor district reaches 2,500 people and by 2022 there are 200 people who have retired after completing their duties.
