Chairman of the Moi Tribal Customary Council Nicodemus Yaboisembut said the people currently at the residence of Papua Governor Lukas Enembe must go home so that the KPK's plan to investigate Lukas Enembe in Jayapura can run smoothly. Nicodemus hopes that the people who are still at Luke's residence can return to their daily activities so that the legal process can run with security guarantees from the TNI - Polri. Otherwise, it can create unrest in the community.

Nicodemus Yaboisembut assessed that Lukas Enembe as the governor and leader in Papua should be able to become an example for the Papuan people by following the legal process that is in effect and bravely carrying out an examination by the KPK.

It is important for Lukas Enembe to do this so that the conduciveness in the Papua region can be well maintained instead of causing unrest in the Papuan community, said Nicodemus.

In addition, Nicodemus also responded to pressure from a number of parties who wanted a temporary official to replace Lukas Enembe, according to Nicodemus, his party agreed and had to be done by the Minister of Home Affairs so that the wheels of the Papuan provincial government could recover and on the other hand also considering that Lukas Enembe was still in a state and status. as a suspect.

The chairman of the Moi Tribal Customary Council, Nicodemus Yaboisembut, admitted that Lukas Enembe's first term as governor had a good vision and mission, but after entering the second term his performance was not good, with Luke being seen at the gambling table in Singapore. It is clear that there is a difference between the first period and the second period of Luke Enembe.

Meanwhile, responding to the appointment of Lukas Enembe as the Head of the Big Tribe in Papua, according to Nicodemus, Lukas Enembe's side cannot make a one-sided judgment. This is because Papua has various indigenous tribal areas. If it is recognized in the mountainous areas of Luke Enembe's territory, go ahead, but if it is for the entire land of Papua, his party does not agree, explained Nicodemus.

Luke Enembe could have been recognized as a tribal chief in the mountainous region and his own customary territory, that's his right, concluded Nicodemus.
